The Role
We are seeking a Solicitor to join our Conveyancing Team. You will manage your own caseload, dealing with the purchase and sale of residential properties and delivering a high level of professional service. The role involves direct client contact and collaboration within a supportive and experienced property team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, including purchases, sales, new builds, re-mortgages, and title transfers.
• Provide tailored legal advice and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Handle all financial aspects of transactions and post-completion work.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, and estate agents to ensure smooth progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues including solicitors, paralegals, and secretaries.

• Experience in residential conveyancing.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of managing a busy caseload.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
